Doesn’t want me to write anything about him but we’re going to anyway. Jeff graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2008. He then traveled to Portland, OR before moving back to Minneapolis, MN where he worked over the next decade in some of the top kitchens in the Twin Cities. Beyond grateful to have the opportunity to share his passion with our hometown. He would choose buffalo fried sweetbreads over chicken wings any day of the week. You can find him post-shift sampling our broad selection of amaros. Really knows how to work buns.

Sarah’s fondest memories have always revolved around food and family. There is no greater joy than being surrounded by the ones we love with a glass of champagne in hand. As a teenager, she started her first restaurant job as a host and hasn’t looked back - her love for hospitality grew alongside opportunities to serve, manage and event coordinate. Knew Jeff was “the one” after the first bite of his fresh corn polenta. HBIC.
